EAGLE Portable Series

EAGLE Sample Drawing Versions

All Eagle Instrument Price Includes

The EAGLE™ can be ordered with up to 6 gas sensors. Please specify the gas combination when or-

dering. Ask factory for combinations not listed. All versions listed below are supplied with alkaline

batteries, and include a hose, probe (if applicable; not used with some versions due to absorption

reasons), shoulder strap, instruction manual, and training CD. Many versions also include an inter-

nal hydrophobic lter as standard (for versions where the internal hydrophobic lter will not t, it

will be provided externally). For Ni-Cads, charger, data logging, larger internal hydrophobic lter

or other accessories, please review the notes below for these optional accessories.

Ni-Cad Batteries

To order an EAGLE with Ni-Cad batteries and 115VAC charger, order part number 49-2150RK-01 at $155.00 along with

your instrument. This part number includes the charger and the batteries. To add Ni-Cads and charger to an EAGLE you

already have, please order the batteries and charger separately (see Optional Accessories).

Data logging

To include data logging into an EAGLE, order the 57-0012RK-01 ($140.00) data logging board (see note 3) adder along with the EAGLE.

Also required is the 82-5007RK ($165.00) data logging software and cable package for each location. To add data logging to an EAGLE

you already have, order the 57-0012RK board ($140.00, see NOTE 3) and the 82-5007RK software and cable ($165.00).

NOTE 1: Data logging cannot be added to a 5 or 6 gas EAGLE, or an EAGLE with more than 2 toxic sensors. ANY sensor that is not an

oxygen or LEL (Catalytic) sensor is counted as a toxic sensor.

NOTE 2: Data logging cannot be added to an Eagle which has the extra loud buzzer added to Eagle Part No. 52-1017RK-01.

NOTE 3: Conrm availability! If new data logging boards are not available, rebuilt units may be. Price for rebuilt board is $100.

Methane Elimination Switch

All EAGLES with a catalytic hydrocarbon sensor have an internal Methane elimination switch, for environmental ap-

plications. (This switch is not operable for instruments calibrated to Methane). If desired, this feature can be brought

out to an EXTERNAL switch. For an EXTERNAL switch to be added, please specify part number 75- 0001RK ($95.00) with

your order.

Extra Loud Buzzer

An extra loud buzzer can be installed in any EAGLE for use in high noise areas. This buzzer is 90 db @ 2’. To add, use part

number 52-1017RK-01 when ordering instruments, $85.00. (NOTE: This buzzer cannot be added to an EAGLE that also

has data logging added).

Standard Internal Hydrophobic Filter (Millipore)

Almost all versions of the EAGLE are equipped as standard with a Millipore hydrophobic lter (part # 33-0165RK) inside

the unit. For customers with particularly dusty applications, or for those who want a larger lter, use the High Capacity

Hydrophobic / Dust Filter detailed below.

High Capacity Hydrophobic / Dust Filters (AcroPac)

A special high capacity hydrophobic & dust lter (Part # 33-0171RK) is available for the EAGLE. To purchase an EAGLE

with the AcroPac lter installed, add part number 33-0171RK-01 (list price $105) to your order. This lter is large and

can only be used in an EAGLE with LEL/O2/H2S/CO and no super-toxics, or an EAGLE that has super-toxic sensors but

no sensors for LEL/O2/H2S/CO.
